Hotel Information

The conference will take place at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel – 999 9th Street, NW, Washington, DC.

The conference group rate is $249 for a single or double room. To make your reservation by phone, call 800-266-9432. Make sure you mention that you are attending the “National Breast Cancer Coalition Conference” to receive the discounted rate. Make your reservation online.

The deadline to make your hotel reservation is Friday, April 23, 2010. If you experience any problems with your reservation, please contact conference management at 866-861-4492. Also, if you are applying for a scholarship, please note that if awarded a scholarship, conference management will make your hotel reservation for you.



Scholarship Information

Scholarships for NBCC’s Advocacy Training conference are available to members based on need. You must be an NBCC member to apply.  Scholarships are offered to cover lodging and/or registration for the Advocacy Training Conference.  International scholarships are extremely limited and early application is highly encouraged.


The deadline to apply for a scholarship is  April 2, 2010, please submit your application to The Event Professionals, as listed on the application.
